Made this chocolate cake last week but it didn't turn out quite well. The cake was hard and tough. Well that's okay at least the chocolate frosting and buttercream tasted great. Uhmmm the twins decided to have another birthday celebration coz they love blowing out the candle so much. So each of them blew out the candle 3 times since they could only do it once on their birthday at school last week. As you can see the top of the cake is rough and bumpy. It just would not smooth out nicely. So i made the bulleye piping decoration to cover the ugly looking top.
